Platform Security

1. Encrypted Communication & TLS/HTTPS

All traffic across the GroupServe web platforms and mobile APIs is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).

2. Payments

For the current pilot, residents pay the service partner directly by UPI or cash after the service. GroupServe does not process card payments or store card numbers. Any online payment option will be published only after it is enabled and its terms are confirmed.

3. Role-Based Access Controls

Resident flat references are restricted on a strict need-to-know basis and are accessible only to the technician actively fulfilling a confirmed booking.

4. Vulnerability Reporting
