How does group buying work?
GroupServe pools individual resident bookings in the same housing complex into designated campus service days. By eliminating multiple back-and-forth travel trips, service providers pass on operational savings through tiered discounts.
What happens if a group target is not reached?
If the required minimum number of homes do not join before the deal deadline, the deal closes and eligible payments are automatically initiated for refund back to source accounts.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods are supported?
All major Indian payment methods are supported via authorized payment gateways, including UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
How are refunds credited?
Refunds are initiated back to the original payment source and are credited in accordance with standard banking and gateway settlement timelines.
Trust & Privacy
Can neighbours see my private flat booking?
No. Specific flat numbers, resident contact details, and private invoices are kept confidential. Only aggregated society milestone numbers are visible.
