As neighbours across your apartment towers join the group before the deal deadline, collective milestone tiers unlock automatically. The larger the group, the better the final economics for everyone.
Step 4: Scheduled Society Service Day
On the scheduled service date, the assigned verified service partner arrives at your residential complex with dedicated technician teams to complete bookings unit by unit.
What If a Minimum Target Isn't Met?
If an open deal fails to reach its minimum required participant threshold by the deadline, the group deal closes and all payments are automatically initiated for refund back to source accounts.
