1. Encrypted Communication & TLS/HTTPS
All traffic across the GroupServe web platforms and mobile APIs is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).
2. Payment Gateway Security
Payment processing is conducted entirely through RBI-authorized payment aggregators compliant with PCI-DSS standards. GroupServe does not store credit or debit card numbers on its servers.
3. Role-Based Access Controls
Resident flat references are restricted on a strict need-to-know basis and are accessible only to the technician actively fulfilling a confirmed booking.
