Review & Rating Policy

1. Verified Bookings Only

Reviews and ratings may only be submitted by residents who have completed a verified service booking through the GroupServe platform.

2. Prohibition of Inauthentic Reviews

Service partners and third parties are strictly prohibited from incentivizing, manipulating, or authoring fake reviews. Accounts found engaging in review fraud will be suspended.

3. Partner Right of Reply

Service partners are provided an official channel to publicly respond to resident feedback and offer remediation for service discrepancies.
