1. Group Target Failure Refunds
Every society group deal has a minimum target of participating homes. If an open group fails to reach this threshold by the deal deadline, the deal closes automatically, and 100% of collected payments are triggered for refund.
2. Service Cancellation & No-Show
If an assigned service partner fails to show up on the scheduled campus date or is unable to complete the service due to partner error, a full refund will be initiated following verification.
3. Refund Processing Timelines
Refunds are submitted electronically via the originating payment gateway immediately upon deal closure or dispute approval. Funds are credited back to the source bank account or UPI handle per standard banking rails (typically within 3 to 7 business days).
